To ensure availability and a smooth experience, we recommend booking as early as possible. Timing can vary based on the season, event type, and items needed.

For peak seasons like spring and summer, or for weekend events, booking 3–6 weeks in advance is ideal. Larger or more customized events should be reserved 6–8 weeks ahead to secure everything you need.

While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, early reservations help guarantee availability and preferred delivery times, especially during busy periods.

A reservation is not confirmed without a deposit.

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking and is applied toward your total rental balance.

Deposits can be paid securely via PayPal through our online booking system. Once your deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed.

Final payment must be made via PayPal prior to setup. The final balance is due 24 hours before the event.

Applicable taxes, fees, and damage waivers will be included in the final price.

Please review and sign your rental contract before delivery.

Ensure a clear setup path (42” for standard units, 4’–5’ for larger items). Let us know about stairs or difficult access areas in advance.

Power must be within 75 feet with separate circuits per inflatable. Water slides require a spigot within 50 feet. Generators are available with advance notice.

Clear the setup area of debris and pet waste. We are not responsible for underground utilities or irrigation systems.

Weather or unsafe conditions may affect setup, and indoor backup options are recommended. 

For your safety, Family Bounce Around may not set up equipment if weather or site conditions are unsafe. We recommend having an indoor backup location such as a church, gym, or community center.

Our delivery team will contact you before arrival and operates within a 2-hour delivery window to allow for traffic and scheduling needs.

After your event, we will arrive for pickup as scheduled. If multiple events end at the same time, pickup may vary, and you may continue using your rental until we arrive at no extra charge.
